Timing of Oral Presentations : Total 12 Minutes
- 10 minutes to present
- 02 minutes for discussion/Q &A
Slides may be prepared accordingly. The final timing changes if any may be confirmed by the session coordinator on the day of presentation.
Make sure that you have your slides in .ppt or .pptx format. Any necessary audio/video file required for your paper may also be included along with your presentation. Ensure multiple copies of your presentation backed up in media such as USB Stick/DVD etc.
Poster sessions are a valuable method to display your results and to attract people who have an interest in your work and your paper. The ideal poster design is one which attracts attention, provides a brief overview of your work and useful to initiate discussion and questions. Use color to highlight and make your poster more attractive, by using pictures, diagrams, figures, etc., rather than only text wherever possible. The template for creating the poster is provided below.
